INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

When using our online services, various personal data are processed for different purposes. Below, you will find information about the respective processing.

TRACKING / COOKIES

When you use our website, so-called cookies are set. ‘Cookies’ are small data packets that web browsers and/or websites generate and store locally on the end device. You can order products directly from our online shop. You may place items you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. Orders can be placed either using your customer account or as a guest. Storage Period
Your data will be stored until your order has been fully processed (i.e., shipped), until you delete your account, or until your account is deleted due to inactivity by TTS Europe SE. For the purpose of preserving evidence for the assertion, exercise, or defence of legal claims, data is stored for three years from the end of the year in which you deleted your account, or until the conclusion of any legal disputes. Statutory commercial and tax retention obligations apply (6 or 10 years).
Obligation to Provide DataProviding the data marked as mandatory is required for concluding the contract. If the data is not provided, an order cannot be placed.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT “MySawStop”

We offer you the option to create a customer account. Within your account, you can view the data you have stored. You may register your products for warranty purposes, request repairs and report a save.

Storage PeriodYour data will be stored until you delete your account or until your account is deleted due to inactivity by TTS Europe SE. For the purpose of preserving evidence for the assertion, exercise, or defence of legal claims, data is stored for three years from the end of the year in which you deleted your account, or until the conclusion of any legal disputes. USE OF THE WITHDRAWAL BUTTON

You have the right to withdraw from contracts within 14 days using our withdrawal form.

We do not process your financial data ourselves; this is processed by the payment service provider you have chosen, under their own responsibility. Further information on the processing of payment options can be found under the heading ‘Online Shop’.
Storage PeriodYour data will be stored for six years in accordance with statutory retention requirements (under commercial and tax law).
Obligation to Provide DataProviding the aforementioned data is required for the withdrawal.
If the data is not provided, a withdrawal pursuant to § 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB) cannot be made.
