1. PayPal
If you select a payment method offered via the “PayPal” payment service, payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: “PayPal”), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at PayPal Terms or, if you do not have a PayPal account, subject to the terms and conditions for payments without a PayPal account, available at PayPal No-Account Terms. PayPal may also use the services of third-party payment service providers.
If we offer payment methods via PayPal for which we make advance payments to you (e.g., purchase on account or payment by installments), we assign our payment claim to PayPal or to the payment service provider commissioned by PayPal and specifically named to you. Before accepting our declaration of assignment, PayPal or the payment service provider commissioned by PayPal will carry out a credit check using the transmitted customer data. We reserve the right to refuse you the selected payment method in the event of a negative check result.
If the selected payment method is approved, you must pay the invoice amount within the agreed payment period or at the agreed payment intervals. In this case, you can only make payment to PayPal or the payment service provider commissioned by PayPal with debt-discharging effect. However, even in the case of assignment of claims, we remain responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g., regarding goods, delivery time, shipment, returns, complaints, revocation declarations, and credit notes).
2. Klarna
If you select a payment method offered via the payment service “Klarna,” payment processing (except for the payment method “Sofortüberweisung”) is carried out via Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter: “Klarna”). If the “buy now, pay later” option is selected, Klarna may perform a credit check on you. Klarna reserves the right to reject the selected payment method based on the result of this credit check. Klarna is responsible for the entire payment process, including reminders and collection, where applicable. Your invoice amount must be paid within the agreed period or in the agreed installments.
3. SOFORT
If you select the payment method “Sofortüberweisung,” payment is processed via the payment service provider SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich (hereinafter: “SOFORT”). In order to pay via SOFORT, you must have an online banking account that is enabled for participation in SOFORT. You must authenticate yourself accordingly during the payment process and confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterward by SOFORT, and your bank account will be debited.

4. iDEAL (Netherlands)
If you select the payment method “iDEAL,” payments are processed via Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter: “Mollie”). iDEAL allows for direct transfers from your bank account using your banking app or internet banking environment. Payments are confirmed immediately upon completion of the transaction and cannot be reversed. Mollie reserves the right to carry out credit or risk checks on transactions if deemed necessary. 5. Bancontact (Belgium)
If you select Bancontact as a payment method, payments will be processed via Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter: “Mollie”). Bancontact payments are initiated using a linked bank account or card and confirmed immediately. Payments processed through Bancontact are guaranteed and non-reversible once confirmed. 7. Apple Pay (UK and other regions)
If you select Apple Pay as your payment method, the payment will be processed by Apple Payments Inc., 1 Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (hereinafter: “Apple”). Apple Pay allows you to make contactless payments via your Apple devices using a linked credit or debit card. Apple Pay uses biometric authentication such as Face ID or Touch ID to confirm the payment. Transactions are encrypted and tokenized for added security. 8. Bizum (Spain)
If you select Bizum as a payment method, your payment will be processed through Bizum’s payment network in collaboration with participating Spanish banks. Payments via Bizum are instant and initiated through the mobile banking app linked to your phone number. Bizum uses bank-level security, and payments are confirmed immediately. 9. EPS (Austria)
If you select the EPS payment method, the payment will be processed by Netcetera AG, Stadelhoferstrasse 33, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland (hereinafter: “EPS”). EPS allows for direct bank transfers from your Austrian bank account to the merchant’s account. Payments are confirmed immediately upon completion of the transaction and are non-reversible. 10. MyBank (Italy)
If you select MyBank as a payment method, payments will be processed by PRETA S.A.S., 23 avenue de Messine, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter: “MyBank”). MyBank allows for secure online bank transfers directly from your Italian bank account. Payments are processed in real time and are non-reversible once confirmed. 11. Carte Bancaire (France)
If you select the payment method “Carte Bancaire,” payment will be processed through the French card payment system Carte Bancaire (Groupement des Cartes Bancaires CB, 151 bis Rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, France). Carte Bancaire allows for secure payments using a French credit or debit card linked to your bank account. Payments made through Carte Bancaire are protected by the 3D Secure protocol, ensuring additional security during the transaction. Once the payment is confirmed, it is generally non-reversible. However, chargebacks or payment reversals may be available under certain circumstances, as per French and EU consumer protection laws. 12. Mastercard
If you select the payment method “Mastercard,” payment will be processed via Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter: “Mollie”). Payments made with Mastercard are protected by Mastercard SecureCode, a 3D Secure protocol that provides additional fraud protection during the transaction.
Once a payment is confirmed, the invoice amount is immediately due, and the payment cannot be reversed. However, you may be entitled to a chargeback under certain conditions, such as unauthorized transactions or failure to deliver goods or services, as per Mastercard’s terms and relevant consumer protection laws.
13. Visa

Payments made with American Express are protected by American Express SafeKey, a 3D Secure protocol that offers additional fraud protection during the transaction.
