Terms & Conditions – Pre-order Promotion: Professional Cabinet Saw
How It Works
1. Promotion Period
This pre-order promotion is valid until September 30, 2025. After this date, the promotion automatically expires. No claims can be made after expiry.
2. Promotion Details
With a valid pre-order of the Professional Cabinet Saw, the customer will receive a Revolution Miter Gauge (retail value: £349/€379) for free. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice for the saw.
3. Participation and Procedure
- The customer configures the saw via the website or an authorized dealer.
- The Miter Gauge must be added via the configuration tool.
- The customer pays £349/€379 for the Miter Gauge upon ordering and receives it immediately.
- When the saw ships, £349/€379 will be deducted from the outstanding saw payment.
4. Conditions of Participation
- Only valid with a full pre-order of the Professional Cabinet Saw.
- Only valid if the Miter Gauge is added via the configuration tool.
- One promotion per customer.
- Employees of TTS Europe SE, partners, and their families are excluded.
- Participants under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian.
5. Cancellation and Changes
If the saw is cancelled, the £349/€379 discount will not be refunded. Changes to the order may invalidate the promotion at [Company Name]’s discretion.
6. Fraud and Abuse
TTS Europe SE reserves the right to exclude participants in case of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
7. Other Provisions
- No cash or product alternatives.
- In unforeseen cases, [Company Name] decides.
- TTS Europe SE may amend or end the promotion at any time.
