A SawStop Technical Support engineer will review the cartridge data to identify the cause of activation. Before taking time to complete this form and send your activated cartridge, check for other common causes of activation, such as really wet or pressure-treated wood, metal contact (e.g., tape measure, ruler, jig), uncured glue, or carbonized material as those are conductive materials that can activate the cartridge.
