However, for legal reasons we do not sign non-disclosure agreements regarding submissions like yours. Therefore, we would recommend that you pursue patent protection for your idea so that you can disclose it to us without the need for a non-disclosure agreement. We believe this provides the best protection for both of us as it eliminates any uncertainty about ownership and scope of the idea. You are also welcome to disclose the idea without a patent, but if you choose to do that, please understand that we have no obligation to keep it confidential and that we may use the idea without payment to you unless you later obtain patent rights.
